Bayeux Tapestry

A must visit is the Tappisserie de Bayeux Museum and see the 70 metres in length, 11th century embroidery (The Bayeux Tapestry). made by monks in the south of england on October 14th after the battle of 1066 celebrating the conquest of England by William the Conqueror.
